Description
Aydosper® EN 15 is a naphthalene sulfonate based, highly water reducing, superplasticizing concrete admixture that is used in production of high-performance concrete that requires high strength and water tightness and prevents segregation of concrete by improving its neoplastic properties.

In concretes to ensure high early and final strength,
In concretes where it is desired to have excellent fluidity and maintain the viscosity,
Where it is necessary to mold early or load the molds quickly,
In production of concrete that are intended to be impervious,
In architectural concrete, engineering and artistic structures.
Construction elements in different geometries which require complex and detailed molds,
In precast and prefabricated concrete production,
Used in production of ready-mix concrete.  

Improves the wear resistance of the concrete by reducing segregation and bleeding.
Significantly reduces the mixing water of concrete.
Excellent plasticizing effect, resulting in improved flowability, placing and compacting behaviour.
Considerably increases early and final strength of concrete.
Reduces carbonation rate of concrete, improves its mechanical properties such as shrinkage and creep.
Ensures pumping of the concrete to long distances.
Allows for achieving a pore-free and smooth surface.
Does not have any retarding effects and ensures setting of concrete in normal period of time.
Saves on energy by reducing the curing time and temperature in production of precast members.
Allows for achieving high unit weight and strength.
Prevent concrete from losing viscosity fast.

Is suggested to be used as 0.7 – 1.8 kg for 100 kg binder (cement microsilica fly ash).
Dosage of contribution is based on the aggregate properties, water quality, concrete class, water-cement ratio and temperature of place. Therefore, it is recommended to determine the dose by preparing test mixtures in a laboratory.
