Description
Polydos® SR 777 is a polycarboxylate based, newgeneration hyper plasticizing concrete admixture used in production of high-performance concretes. Easy to settle into narrow and deep sections with thick reinforcements and self-compacting without need for internal and external vibration, it maintains the cohesion without causing segregation and transpiration and offers high viscosity and permeating properties.

Provides long-term viscosity protection.
Significantly improves the early high strength.
Significantly reduces the mixing water of concrete.
Ensures self-compacting of concrete.
Allows for achieving high unit weight and strength.
Ensures achieving less porous and less pervious concretes with a good surface appearance.
Ensures controlled prolongation of setting of concrete.
Ensures pumping of the concrete to long distances.
Allows for achieving a pore-free and smooth surface
Does not cause noise pollution since it does not require vibration.
Reduces viscosity for prolonged periods of time during summer months.carbonation rate of concrete, improves its mechanical properties such as shrinkage and creep.
Improves water tightness of concrete thanks to low water/cement ratio.
Does not require readjusting the viscosity of concrete by preserving the

For flowing and self-compacting concrete; Is suggested to be used as 0.4 - 2.0 kg for 100 kg binder (cement microsilica fly ash).
Dosage of contribution is based on the aggregate properties, water quality, concrete class, water-cement ratio and temperature of place. Therefore, it is recommended to determine the dose by preparing test mixtures in a laboratory.
When adjusting the consistency, high water cut-off property of admixture should be taken into account and more water addition should not be done to mixture
