Recruitment Process

In addition to the education, experience, and competencies required for the position, we expect our new team members to possess personality traits that are compatible with our corporate culture and values. Our recruitment process begins with the announcement of new positions posted online in line with our workforce planning. We create candidate pools from the applications received for open positions and evaluate them based on the position requirements. We conduct interviews either face-to-face or over the phone. During the interview process, we utilize application forms, foreign language tests, personality inventories, and competency-based assessment and evaluation tools. After all evaluations, we extend job offers to candidates who are found suitable following reference checks. We notify all applicants of the evaluation results, whether positive or negative, via email, and we store their resumes in our database for consideration in future openings.
