CEMENT

Cement is a material used to bond mineral particles (Sand, Gravel, Brick, Briquette... etc.) whose primary substances are limestone and clay. Water is absolutely needed for cement to fulfill this bonding feature. Cement is the component that occupies the smallest volume in many concrete mixtures; however, it is the most important among concrete components.

The main raw materials used in cement production are as follows:

  • Limestone
  • Marble
  • Silica (Pozzolan)
  • Clay
  • Iron Ore
