Aydos Celebrates Its 30th Anniversary
From a small workshop in Istanbul producing 30 kg of concrete additives to becoming a well-known brand in the construction and ready-mix concrete sectors beyond the borders of Turkey, Aydos Construction Chemicals has celebrated its 30th anniversary.
Aydos, which has pioneered many innovations and firsts in the Turkish construction chemicals industry, has contributed significant added value to the national economy through employment, production, and exports. Over the past 30 years, the company has surpassed regional and national growth targets. On this joyful occasion, employees, customers, solution partners, and friends joined in the celebration.
The day began with breakfast, followed by a barbecue feast. Employees, joined by their families, posed for a big family photo during the 30th anniversary celebration. A nostalgic atmosphere was created with a special presentation about Aydos during a ceremony organized in the production area. Company founders Hüseyin Çağ and Sema Çağ greeted the guests and shared information about the company, along with the emotional, challenging, and inspiring journey behind its success.
The founders did not forget the employees who contributed to Aydos’ success. To commemorate the 30th anniversary, each employee received a special gift and a financial reward based on their years of service. A special 30th anniversary cake featuring employee photos and the Aydos logo was prepared as a thoughtful gesture. The cake was cut together and served to all guests and employees.
Employees who had retired from the company or had completed 10 years of service received commemorative plaques inscribed with the following message:
"We thank you for your 10 years of dedication and effort that helped bring Aydos Construction Chemicals to where it is today on its 30th anniversary, and we wish you continued success as a valued member of our family in the years to come."
Long-time solution partners of Aydos were also honored at the celebration. Each was presented with a specially prepared plaque in recognition of the 30th anniversary. The award recipients expressed their gratitude and appreciation for their partnership with Aydos and thanked company founders Hüseyin Çağ and Sema Çağ.
After the daytime celebrations, employees and international guests continued the festivities into the night with dinner and live music at a special venue in Kadıköy, enjoying the evening to the fullest.
