Description

Aydosnew® Flow 315 is a next-generation high-performance superplasticizer concrete additive based on polycarboxylate, which significantly reduces concrete mix water, provides high early and final strength, increases workability, and prevents consistency loss.

Applications

  • Concrete requiring early high strength in cold climate conditions.

  • Production of all types of concrete with placement difficulties, including fine densely reinforced, unreinforced, lightweight, or normal-weight concrete.

  • High-quality concretes requiring high strength and low water/cement ratio.

  • Areas where early formwork removal or quick loading is required.

  • Concrete requiring excellent workability and consistency retention.

  • Heavy precast applications.

  • Ready-mix concrete production.

  • Production of self-compacting concrete (SCC).

Dosage

  • For flowing and self-compacting concretes: It is recommended to use between 0.5 - 2.0 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement-microsilica-fly ash).
  • The dosage of the additive may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete grade, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to perform preliminary trial mixes in the laboratory.
  • During consistency adjustment, the high water-reduction capacity of the additive must be taken into account, and excessive water should be avoided in the mixture.
