Description
Aydosnew® Flow 40 is a next-generation superplasticizer concrete admixture based on polycarboxylate, which provides high water reduction, early and final high strength, and maintains flowability and consistency retention in concrete.

Dosage

  • For fluid and self-compacting concrete:
  • 0.4 - 2.0 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement – microsilica – fly ash) is recommended. The actual dosage may vary depending on aggregate characteristics, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, trial mixes in laboratory conditions are recommended.
  • During consistency adjustment, the admixture's high water-reducing capacity should be considered, and excessive water should be avoided in the mix.
