Description

Aydosnew® Flow F 33 is a next-generation superplasticizer concrete additive based on polycarboxylate, which significantly reduces water content, provides high early and final strength, maintains workability, and helps preserve the consistency of the concrete.

Properties / Advantages

  • Reduces segregation and bleeding, enhancing the wear resistance of concrete.

  • Significantly reduces the water content in the concrete mixture.

  • Reduces the rate of carbonation, improving mechanical properties such as shrinkage and creep.

Dosage

  • For flowing and self-compacting concretes: It is recommended to use between 0.5 - 1.9 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement-microsilica-fly ash).
  • The dosage of the additive may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete grade, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to perform preliminary trial mixes in the laboratory.
  • During consistency adjustment, the high water-reduction capacity of the additive must be taken into account, and excessive water should be avoided in the mixture.
