Description

Aydosnew® Flow F 22 is a next-generation, polycarboxylate-based, high-performance superplasticizer concrete additive that significantly reduces mix water, provides high early and final strength, increases workability, and prevents consistency loss.

• Used in ready-mix concrete production.

• Reinforced concrete with dense or fine reinforcement that has placement difficulties.

Properties / Advantages

• Increases abrasion resistance by reducing segregation and bleeding.

• Significantly reduces concrete mix water.

Dosage

• For flowing and self-compacting concretes: It is recommended to use between 0.4 – 2.0 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement-microsilica-fly ash).
• The dosage of the additive may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete grade, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to perform preliminary trial mixes in the laboratory.
• During consistency adjustment, the high water-reduction capacity of the additive must be taken into account, and excessive water should be avoided in the mixture.
