Description

Aydosnew® Fluid 07 is a next-generation polycarboxylate-based, high-performance superplasticizer concrete additive used in the production of high-performance concrete. It is particularly suitable for producing concrete mixes that require high early strength development, significant water reduction, and excellent workability.

Properties / Advantages

  • Maintains the consistency of concrete for a long time during hot weather, eliminating the need for re-adjustment of consistency.

  • Prevents rapid loss of consistency, providing long consistency retention depending on the type of cement used.

  • Provides high unit weight and strength potential.

  • Produces low-porosity, good surface appearance, and more impermeable concrete.

  • Allows for easier placement and faster strength gain, saving labor, and enabling earlier form removal/turnover.

  • Reduces the carbonation rate, improving mechanical properties such as shrinkage and creep.

  • Enables the pumping of concrete over long distances.

  • Promotes early high strength development.

  • Significantly reduces the amount of water in the concrete mix.

  • Provides excellent self-compacting properties to the concrete.

Dosage

  • For flowing and self-compacting concretes: It is recommended to use between 0.5 – 2.0 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement-microsilica-fly ash).
  • The dosage of the additive may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete grade, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to perform preliminary trial mixes in the laboratory.
  • During consistency adjustment, the high water-reduction capacity of the additive must be taken into account, and excessive water should be avoided in the mixture.
