Description

Aydosnew® Fluid 80 is a next-generation superplasticizer concrete additive based on polycarboxylates. It is designed to produce high-strength concrete with excellent workability, without delaying setting time. This additive provides self-compaction in heavily reinforced elements and is highly effective in reducing water content, making it ideal for concrete production with high early and final strength.

Dosage

  • For flowing and self-compacting concretes: It is recommended to use between 0.4 – 2.0 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement-microsilica-fly ash).
  • The dosage of the additive may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete grade, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to perform preliminary trial mixes in the laboratory.
  • During consistency adjustment, the high water-reduction capacity of the additive should be considered, and excessive water should be avoided in the mix.
