Description

Aydosnew® Fluid 94 is a next-generation hyperplasticizer concrete additive based on polycarboxylates, used in high-performance concrete production. It is especially suitable for producing concrete mixtures requiring high early strength development, high water reduction, and excellent flowability.

Properties / Advantages

  • Retains consistency for a long time in hot weather, eliminating the need for re-adjustment.

  • Prevents rapid loss of consistency, providing long consistency retention depending on the type of cement used.

  • Provides a high unit weight and strength capability.

  • Produces concrete with fewer voids, better surface appearance, and lower permeability.

  • Enables easy placement and faster strength gain, saving labor and allowing earlier form removal/turnover.

  • Reduces the carbonation rate of concrete and improves mechanical properties like shrinkage and creep.

  • Facilitates pumping over long distances.

  • Provides significant early high-strength development.

  • Significantly reduces water content in the concrete mix.

  • Grants excellent self-compacting properties to the concrete.

Dosage

  • For flowing and self-compacting concretes: It is recommended to use between 0.6 – 2.0 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement-microsilica-fly ash).
  • The dosage of the additive may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete grade, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to perform preliminary trial mixes in the laboratory.
  • When adjusting consistency, the high water-reduction properties of the additive must be considered, and excessive water should be avoided in the mix.
