Description

Aydosnew® Gen 222 is a next-generation superplasticizer concrete additive based on polycarboxylates, developed with advanced technology specifically for the ready-mix concrete industry. It provides high water reduction, long workability, and high strength with a low dosage range.

Dosage

  • For flowing and self-compacting concretes: It is recommended to use between 0.7 – 0.2 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement-microsilica-fly ash).
  • The dosage may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete grade, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to perform preliminary trial mixes in the laboratory.
  • When adjusting consistency, the high water-reduction properties of the additive must be considered, and excessive water should be avoided in the mix.
