Description

Aydosnew® Gen 222 is a next-generation superplasticizer concrete additive developed with advanced technology for the ready-mix concrete industry. It provides a high water reduction, long workability, and high strength with a low dosage range. This is a polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer additive ideal for producing high-quality, durable concrete.

Dosage

• For flowing and self-compacting concretes: It is recommended to use between 0.7 – 2.0 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement-microsilica-fly ash).
• The dosage may vary depending on aggregate characteristics, concrete grade, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct preliminary trial mixes in the laboratory to determine the correct dosage.
• When adjusting consistency, the high water-reduction properties of the additive must be considered, and excessive water should be avoided in the mixture.
