Description
Aydosper® 970 is a high-performance superplasticizer concrete admixture designed to improve the fluidity of concrete, enabling easy pouring and placement. It ensures the production of high-strength, durable concrete and extends the workability time of concrete without affecting the setting time. It also significantly reduces water content to achieve superior performance.

Applications

  • For the production of concrete with difficult placement, including fine, closely spaced reinforcement, and both lightweight and normal-weight concrete

  • Where workability, normal setting time, and high strength are required

  • In prestressed, precast, and ready-mix concrete applications

  • In concrete requiring dense and smooth surfaces

  • In ready-mixed concrete production

Dosage

  • Recommended dosage: 0.7 – 1.8 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement, microsilica, fly ash).
  • Dosage may vary based on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature.
  • Therefore, laboratory trial mixes are recommended to determine the optimal dosage.
