Description
Aydosper® 970 W is a high-performance superplasticizer based on naphthalene sulfonate, designed to increase the fluidity of concrete, reduce mix water, and significantly enhance both early and final strength, while also extending the setting time without affecting the quality of the concrete.

Applications

  • Increases early strength development, ideal for construction sites and precast concrete production

  • Where rapid setting is required

  • For producing concrete that requires impermeability

  • Concrete mixes requiring plastic consistency and high flowability

  • For concrete with placement difficulties, including fine, densely spaced reinforcement, and both lightweight and normal-weight concrete

  • For concrete requiring high water reduction and long workability

  • Chloride Content (Cl): < 0.1% (TS EN 480-10)

  • Alkali Content: < 5% (TS EN 480-12)

  • Increases concrete's resistance to freezing

  • Facilitates long-distance pumping of concrete

Dosage

  • Recommended dosage: 0.6 – 1.7 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement, microsilica, fly ash).
  • Dosage may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature.
  • Therefore, laboratory trial mixes are recommended to determine the optimal dosage.
