Description:

Aydosper® 980 W is a high-performance, naftalene sulfonate-based, superplasticizing concrete additive that significantly increases the early and final strengths of concrete by reducing the water content in the mix, enhancing its fluidity, and accelerating the setting time without affecting the setting duration.

Applications:

  • Used in construction sites and precast concrete production due to its ability to enhance early strength development.

  • In places where rapid setting of concrete is required.

  • For producing concrete with impermeability.

  • In concrete mixtures where plastic consistency and fluidity are required.

  • For the production of all types of concrete with placement challenges, such as thinly reinforced or unreinforced, lightweight, or normal-weight concrete.

  • In concrete mixtures requiring a high degree of water reduction and long workability.

Features / Advantages:

  • Provides rapid early strength development, especially in cold weather.

Dosage:

  • It is recommended to use between 0.7 – 1.7 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement-microsilica-fly ash). The dosage may vary depending on the aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to determine the dosage by conducting preliminary trial mixes in the laboratory. When adjusting consistency, the high water-reducing properties of the additive must be considered, and excessive water should be avoided in the mix.
