Description
Aydosper® NY 500 is a naphthalene sulfonate-based, high-range water-reducing superplasticizer admixture designed for high-performance concrete and precast element production. It promotes the homogeneous dispersion of cement particles in the mix, significantly reducing water demand and improving both density and impermeability of the concrete.

Applications

• Where high workability, normal setting time, and high strength are required

• In pre-stressed, precast, and ready-mix concrete applications

• Where early formwork removal or rapid loading is needed

• For concrete requiring dense and smooth surfaces

Dosage

• Recommended dosage: 0.8 – 1.8 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement, microsilica, fly ash).
• The optimum dosage may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature.
• Therefore, laboratory trial mixes are strongly recommended to determine the ideal dosage.
