Description
Aydosper® NY 700 is a polymer-based, high-performance superplasticizer concrete admixture designed to improve early and final strength in concrete and precast element production. It ensures homogeneous dispersion of cement in the mix, significantly reducing the water demand, thereby increasing density and impermeability. The product ensures excellent wetting of fine/coarse aggregates, cement, and mineral additives, enhancing the concrete’s compressive strength and durability.

Applications

• Where workability, normal setting time, and high strength are required

• In pre-stressed, precast, and ready-mixed concrete applications

• Where early formwork removal or rapid loading is necessary

• For concrete requiring dense and smooth surface finishes

Dosage

• Recommended dosage: 0.6 – 1.7 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement, microsilica, fly ash).
• Dosage may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature.
• Therefore, trial mixes in a laboratory setting are strongly recommended to determine the ideal dosage.
