Description

Aydosper® Power Flow is a high-performance superplasticizer concrete additive that significantly reduces the water content in the concrete mix, enhancing early and final strengths, or providing high flowability with the same amount of mix water. It facilitates the placement of concrete.

Applications

• Concrete for foundations, slabs, beams, columns, and shear walls.

• Concrete for bridges, viaducts, tunnels, airports, and dams.

• Injection and soil applications.

• Concrete that requires impermeability.

• Precast and prefabricated concrete production.

• Ready-mix concrete production with and without pumps.

• Concrete requiring high water reduction and long workability.

• High-quality and high-strength concrete applications.

Properties / Advantages

• Enables concrete to set within the normal time frame without delaying effects.

• Provides a noticeable increase in early high strength.

• Improves concrete's resistance to freeze-thaw cycles and enhances mechanical properties like shrinkage and creep.

• Reduces segregation and bleeding, increasing the wear resistance of concrete.

• Produces smoother and more aesthetically pleasing concrete surfaces.

• Allows for easy placement and a smooth surface in low water/cement ratio concrete applications without losing workability.

Dosage

• It is recommended to use between 0.6 – 2.0 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement-microsilica-fly ash).
• The dosage may vary depending on the properties of the aggregates, concrete grade, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is advisable to perform preliminary trial mixes in the laboratory to determine the appropriate dosage.
