Description
Aydosper® SF 06 FS is a superplasticizer concrete admixture based on naphthalene sulfonate and organic retarders, which significantly reduces the mix water content, increasing the final strength of concrete, or enhances the fluidity of concrete without increasing the mix water. It is designed for use in hot weather conditions, providing high workability, fluidity, and easy placement of concrete while maintaining consistency for normal concrete or micro-silica concrete mixes. This admixture is ideal for concrete that requires extended workability without the need for re-mixing.

Applications

  • In concrete mixes where high final strength is required

  • In hot climate conditions where long workability and consistency are needed

  • For concrete with placement difficulties, including highly reinforced or unreinforced, lightweight or normal-weight concretes

  • In concrete mixes that require significant water reduction and long workability

  • For producing dense and smooth concrete surfaces

  • In concrete that requires impermeability

  • In pre-stressed, precast, and ready-mixed concrete applications

Dosage

  • Recommended dosage: 0.8 – 1.8 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement, microsilica, fly ash).
  • The dosage may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature.
  • Therefore, trial mixes in a laboratory setting are recommended to determine the optimal dosage.
