Description
Aydosper® SF 12 S is a superplasticizer concrete admixture based on naphthalene sulfonate and organic retarders, which significantly reduces the mix water content to enhance the final strength of concrete or increases fluidity without increasing the mix water. It is ideal for use in hot weather conditions and is designed to achieve high workability, fluidity, and easy placement of concrete while maintaining consistency. This product is suitable for normal concrete mixes and micro-silica concretes with excellent consistency retention.
Applications
In concrete mixes where high final strength is required
In hot climate conditions where long workability and consistency retention are needed
For concrete mixes with placement difficulties, including highly reinforced or unreinforced, lightweight or normal-weight concrete
In concrete requiring significant water reduction and long workability
For producing dense and smooth concrete surfaces
In concrete requiring impermeability
In pre-stressed, precast, and ready-mixed concrete applications

Dosage
Recommended dosage: 0.6 – 1.7 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement, microsilica, fly ash).
The dosage may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature.
Therefore, trial mixes in a laboratory setting are recommended to determine the optimal dosage.
