Description
Aydosper® SF 100 is a superplasticizer concrete admixture based on modified naphthalene sulfonate, highly water-reducing, and strength-enhancing.

Applications

• In the production of higher quality and high-strength concrete

• For concrete requiring dense and smooth surfaces

• In concrete mixes where high water reduction and long workability are required

• In applications requiring early form removal or fast loading

• For reinforced concrete with placement difficulties, including highly reinforced sections

• In precast and prefabricated concrete production

• In ready-mixed concrete production

Dosage

• Recommended dosage: 0.7 – 1.9 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement, microsilica, fly ash).
• The dosage may vary based on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature.
• Thus, trial mixes in a laboratory setting are recommended to determine the optimal dosage.
