Description
Polydos® TS 61 is a high-performance, next-generation superplasticizer concrete admixture based on polycarboxylate, specially developed for the production of concrete that requires high early strength development, high water reduction, and excellent workability in the ready-mixed and precast concrete industries.

Dosage
For flowable and self-compacting concretes, it is recommended to use 0.6 - 2.0 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement - microsilica - fly ash).
The admixture dosage may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is advised to determine the dosage through preliminary trial mixes in the laboratory.
During consistency adjustment, the high water-reducing capacity of the admixture should be taken into account, and the addition of excessive water should be avoided.
