Description
Polydos® EG 460 is a new-generation, high-performance hyperplasticizer concrete admixture based on polycarboxylate, developed for the ready-mix concrete industry. It significantly reduces the mixing water, enhances strength and durability, and provides excellent flowability and self-compaction even at low water/cement ratios. It is effective in preventing slump loss and maintaining consistency.

Dosage
For flowable and self-compacting concretes, it is recommended to use between 0.4 – 2.0 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement – microsilica – fly ash).
The admixture dosage may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, trial mixes in the laboratory are strongly recommended.
During consistency adjustments, the admixture’s high water-reducing effect must be considered, and excess water should not be added to the mix.
