Description
Polydos® EST 80 is a new-generation, polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer concrete admixture designed to produce high-strength and workable concrete without delay in setting time. It is specifically formulated for elements with high reinforcement, allowing self-compaction, high water reduction, and flowability. It is ideal for producing quality concrete with high performance and workability.

In the production of concrete for elements with dense reinforcement that can self-compensate and compact easily
In precast concrete where high workability and no segregation are desired

Features / Advantages
Ensures normal setting time without any delay
Allows the production of early high-strength concrete even at low temperatures
Reduces curing time and temperature in precast element production and shortens form removal time
Increases freeze-thaw resistance and improves mechanical properties such as shrinkage and creep
Reduces segregation and bleeding, increasing the wear resistance of concrete
Ensures smoother and better-looking concrete surfaces
Enables easy compaction and a smooth surface in low water/cement ratio concrete applications without loss of workability
Dosage
For flowable and self-compacting concretes, it is recommended to use between 0.7 – 2.0 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement – microsilica – fly ash).
The admixture dosage may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, trial mixes in the laboratory are strongly recommended.
During consistency adjustments, the admixture’s high water-reducing effect must be considered, and excess water should not be added to the mix.
