Description
Polydos® SNY 585 is a next-generation hyperplasticizer set-retarding concrete admixture based on polycarboxylate. It is specially developed for the ready-mix concrete industry, providing the necessary workability time. By significantly reducing water content, it enables the production of self-compacting concrete with high early strength, impermeable properties, and excellent surface appearance, all with a low water/cement ratio while maintaining consistency.

Dosage
For flowable and self-compacting concretes, it is recommended to use between 0.4 – 2.0 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement – microsilica – fly ash).
The admixture dosage may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, trial mixes in the laboratory are strongly recommended.
During consistency adjustments, the admixture’s high water-reducing effect must be considered, and excess water should not be added to the mix.
