Description
Polydos® SR 830 is a new-generation, polycarboxylate-based high-performance superplasticizer designed for concrete production. It is particularly suitable for producing concrete mixes that require high early strength development, high water reduction, and excellent flowability.

To compensate for consistency loss in hot, windy, and humid weather

Dosage
For flowable and self-compacting concretes, it is recommended to use 0.5 – 2.0 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement – microsilica – fly ash).
The dosage may vary depending on the aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is advised to determine the optimal dosage by conducting preliminary laboratory trial mixes.
While adjusting workability, the high water-reducing effect of the admixture should be taken into account and adding excess water to the mix should be avoided.
