Description
Polydos® TN 347K is a new generation hyperplasticizer concrete admixture based on polycarboxylate, developed with advanced technology for the ready-mix concrete industry. It provides high water reduction at low dosage levels, extended workability, and high strength.
Areas of Use
In concrete requiring early high strength under cold climate conditions
In all high-quality concretes where high strength and low water/cement ratio are desired
In site concretes, precast, and prefabricated concretes where rapid formwork removal is needed
In concretes demanding high water reduction and long workability
In the production of all types of concrete with or without reinforcement, lightweight or normal weight, with difficult placement conditions
In concretes where a plastic consistency and good flow are required
In the production of Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC)

Dosage
For flowable and self-compacting concretes, it is recommended to use between 0.4 – 1.8 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement – microsilica – fly ash).
The dosage may vary depending on aggregate characteristics, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to determine the appropriate dosage through laboratory trial mixes.
During consistency adjustment, the high water-reducing efficiency of the admixture should be considered, and excessive water addition should be avoided.
